Investigate service issues across permitted records and metrics; propose operational changes for authorized execution.
INDEPENDENT AUTHORITY FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCEArtificial intelligence is evolving from a conversational tool into an operational participant. Access, collaboration, and action across business systems require trustworthy, enforceable enterprise authority. RiVT Systems is building the middleware that makes governed AI participation possible.
The next step is intelligence that participates in everyday operations: interacting with business systems, coordinating work, and carrying out authorized tasks.
The challenge extends beyond making connections possible. Organizations need to make that participation trustworthy.
APIs, enterprise integration tools, and protocols such as MCP and A2A are making connections and collaboration easier to build. Consistent enterprise authority remains a separate requirement.
Application-level controls matter. Across a heterogeneous environment, organizations also need governance that follows identities, models, systems, and workflows across application boundaries. That is the infrastructure opportunity RiVT is pursuing.

RiVT is designed as a model-agnostic, platform-independent authority layer. Its harness makes connected platform capabilities available to authorized AI participants.
Central administrative controls govern identity, roles, permissions, policies, approvals, and auditable execution. The enterprise determines what intelligence may do, while retaining choice over models and applications.
RiVT's working prototype demonstrates policy decisions, exact-action approvals, replay rejection, and signed execution evidence. Production hardening, platform validation, and customer deployments remain ahead.
Enforcement applies to RiVT-governed execution paths. Available capabilities depend on supported connectors and platform APIs; compatibility requires validation.
Explore RiVT’s approach →RiVT does not define what organizations should do with AI. It provides the infrastructure that allows them to decide.
Investigate service issues across permitted records and metrics; propose operational changes for authorized execution.
Coordinate administrative tasks across authorized enterprise systems, with controlled access to sensitive information.
Give coding agents bounded access to repositories and development tools, with approval requirements for sensitive actions.
Let AI participants find and use permitted information under identity, role, and policy controls.
Coordinate specialist contributions and authorized client work across connected business platforms.

Adam Raymond built RiVT from experience making complex enterprise systems work together. As AI moved from answering questions to operating those systems, the missing requirement became clear: intelligence needs enforceable authority before it can become a trusted coworker.
Adam’s background spans enterprise integration, middleware architecture, contact-center technology, AI implementations, and professional services. He has led delivery as an executive through scale and acquisition, built certified implementation partner programs, led on large, multi-country contact-center migrations, and proved executive-led sales-to-delivered-solution motions.
That experience informs RiVT’s approach: connect the systems organizations already depend on, give intelligent participants explicit responsibilities, and keep authority under enterprise control. RiVT turns that practical requirement into independent middleware with deterministic governance.

As intelligence becomes part of everyday business operations, organizations will need infrastructure that connects capability with accountability. RiVT Systems is building for that future.
